Does Germany have a constitution yet?

Say what you want about pan-German national liberalism, at least it would have had a constitution. Maybe Germany’s current attempt at liberal democracy will get there one day.

But that day is not today.

That said, Alice Weidel is channeling some 19th-century vibes these days, which definitely ended well for everyone. So, anything is possible.
