Identity theft will not be tolerated.

Earlier today, the law firm of Tsuris, Shtik, & Shanda LLP filed suit on behalf of its client, The Bupkes, demanding that Israel Defense Minister Israel Katz immediately cease and desist all statements and activities that may, regardless of intent or interest, reasonably confuse the public regarding Katz’s role in or relationship to The Bupkes.

The suit arises from recent statements by Katz that could be easily misinterpreted as the proprietary content and likeness of The Bupkes. As such, the law firm of Tsuris, Shtik, & Shanda LLP considers these public comments to be libellous misrepresentation and an especially grievous form of identity and intellectual property theft. TS&S LLP is confident the appropriate court of jurisdiction will swiftly agree and order Katz to immediately halt his scandalous efforts to pass as The Bupkes.
